Introduction

Let me ask one important question from those who think that learning any foreign language will be a greater advantage for them. Some of them may say that learning any foreign language will help them so they can grow further into their career while some may think that they are looking to learn a foreign language for passion. The reasons may vary from person to person.

There are many languages which we speak like French, Italian, Korean, German etc. Today, let me talk about one of the languages which is very much popular in the world which is Japanese. Japanese is being spoken in countries like Japan. In fact, this is the official language of Japan.

There are five levels in the Japanese language and they are N5, N4, N3, N2, and N1. N5 is the simplest level and N1 is the toughest level. Whatever level you think you are very close to, then you can give an exam and can get a certificate. The name of the Japanese exam is JLPT.

Now, let me ask one of the most important questions: how can we improve our Japanese vocabulary?. Well, in this blog, I will try to answer this question in this blog:

1. Youtube: Youtube is one of the most important platforms which you can utilize to improve your vocabulary skills in this language. The best part of Youtube is that these videos are pre-loaded and you can watch at your own convenience. For example, we say yes, In Japanese please say Hai. 2. Apps: Apps play an important role in our life. We download apps on our smartphones. Some are professional like Linkedin, Whatsapp etc and some are personal like Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp etc. There are some apps which people use for both personal and professional use, like Telegram and Whatsapp. Similarly, there are apps available which you can use to improve your vocabulary skills. For example, people say No, in Japanese people will lie. I am including a few names of the apps which you can download from google play store: Learn Japanese  – 15000 words, Learn Japanese – 6000 words essential etc. 
3. Watching serials and movies: As I discussed above, movies and serials tell us a lot of things about the language. You can also watch movies and serials to improve your vocabulary skills in this language. Let me share one example, we say Thank You but in Japanese people say Arigato. 4. Self Talk: Self Talk is one of the best exercises which you can utilize to improve your vocabulary skills in this language. When you talk to yourself in this language, then it brings errors that you notice, and then you can take help from someone who knows the Japanese language at N1 level who can correct your mistakes. For example, we say you are welcome while in Japanese people say Doitashimashite.
5. Watching cartoons: By watching cartoons in this language, you can also improve your vocabulary skills. For example, people say Excuse Me but in Japanese people say Sumimasen.

8. News: News plays an important role in knowing what is happening in the world. The newspapers get published in every language. 9. Blogs: We all love to read blogs as it increases our knowledge. We can also use Blog to improve our vocabulary skills in this language. There are Blogs available which we can read in Japanese.
