There are many different languages on this planet that offer many different benefits which differ from one another.
One language is not similar to another and neither of the benefits that each of the languages offered. While some of the languages might overlap in specific benefits, they all seem to be specifically beneficial in their own streams. With that said there are some languages like Spanish, German, French and of course English which can be Called as all-rounders. These are those languages that have created such an influential reputation in the world but the knowledge of these languages essentially creates an extremely strong base to avail almost every single benefit that these languages have to offer.
Let’s now see if you should learn the language of German all the language of French first.
Both the languages of German and French are well renowned to be very beneficial as well as influential at the same time.
These are the two languages that are bound to get you any competitive advantage in any market or industry in the world. With that said, it is a great initiative that you wish to learn both languages but simply confuse which language to master first. In this blog, we will discuss whether it is clever to learn German first or French first, so as to make the second language, an easier one to master.
Before we begin, for the sake of the block we are going to consider the present individual To be a native English speaker.
The CEFR list of languages for the ease or difficulty measure for an English native speaker ranks French In category one which is the category of some of the easiest languages to master for any English native speaker due to their multiple similarities. On the other hand the same list ranks German to be in category II which is also pretty easy for an English native speaker to master but is a little bit tougher than Languages in category one.
With that in mind, we move on to the fact that French and German actually have quite a bit of similarity among themselves.
This means that it will make it rather easier for you to learn the tougher one if you initially Master an easier language. So, in my personal opinion, I would suggest mastering French first as that is way easier to master when compared to German and then master German as both English and French have multiple similarities with the language of German, making it very easy to master.
In this blog, we have discussed that French is a way better language to learn first than German due to the many different reasons that French is a tad bit easier to learn than German.
With that said, that does not mean that you cannot learn German before French. That is also a possibility, but for the sake of reducing your efforts and time which you might take to learn the second language, it is always better to get a good grasp of the basics through and ease your language and then advance to a much more complicated or slightly difficult language.
