This institute conducts the Zertifikat Deutsch exam which is the essential exam for those who wish to be eligible to not only study in German universities or institutions for higher education but to simply also understand language and achieve a certain level of proficiency in it. This test is conducted in six major centres which are located in Bangalore, Chennai, New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Pune but Goethe-Zertifikat conducts this test in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Trivandrum in partnership with the Goethe-Institut. The exam is held for a total of 5 to 6 times per year and a fee depends on the level you are trying to attempt but will definitely range between Rs.6000-Rs.11,000. The entire criteria here is to pass the said exam in the level chosen which can range from anywhere between A1 to C2. By the time you clear your B2, you will be equipped to handle complex texts. You will also be able to understand the key ideas with both abstract and specific subjects. After B2, you will be able to easily discuss subjects within your purview in your area of expertise especially if you are an SME or a specialist in a certain branch or area. At B2, you will be able to talk to native speakers fluently, with neither side talking slowly or using simple words. When you get to B2, you can give your opinion and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different choices in detail and with different expressions.
