Three levels to success 

There are three levels for learning the Hindi language, namely the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels. Let us look at them in detail below. 

Beginner level or the Basic level

As the name itself suggests, it is the basic level, meaning that it focuses on covering the basic topics such as learning alphabets, being able to form and understand words to be able to build a vocabulary and understand the pronunciation. Learning what each word is called in the Hindi language and being able to form basic and simple sentences in Hindi and the grammar behind it is all covered at this level.

Intermediate level

This is the level 2 learning Hindi, this level includes a more complex study than the beginner level. It focuses on the complex grammatical aspects like verbs, adjectives, adverbs, their types, usage, clauses and phrases etc are all part of the intermediate level. It usually solidifies your knowledge from the previous levels and also adds more and deeper information on various topics in the Hindi language. 

Advanced level

This is the final level, by the time you reach this level, you would have already learnt most of the words and grammatical intricacies of the language. At this stage, you will be learning about the use of language in specific situations and scenarios and how Hindi for business is different from the Hindi used for travelling etc. you will be taught to enhance your writing skills in the course of learning Hindi.

How you can determine your level of learning Hindi 

There are two ways you can determine at what level you are currently at in the process of learning Hindi.  

Self-assessment 

Based on the above-given levels, you are required to closely analyse your skills so far in the language. Understand what and how much have you acquired about the language so far into your process of learning Hindi. Based on that you can determine your level of knowledge in Hindi.
