US-based ride Uber is building its own electric scooter. Jump Bikes, a start up Uber acquired earlier in April for more than $100 million, is expected to spearhead the project. Earlier, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said that Uber is shifting its focus from cars to bike when it comes to inner city navigation.
