Teacher’s Personality:
The teacher’s personality has a vital role in the educational process, as well as the learner’s failures and successes.
The way his personality connects with the characteristics of the students he is teaching influences the type of behaviour that results from the learning scenario.
In general, students dislike a grumpy instructor who loses control of his anger in front of the class. It is hard for a teacher who is irritable to inspire students or to exude love and brightness to those around him.
High school syllabus
I think this is one of the major concerns that makes learning the Bangla language in high school terrible.
School curriculums aren’t predetermined. It changes from year to year, regardless of the school syllabus that is taught in the government Bengali language class. This would make it impossible for children to learn the Bangla language properly, which would be disastrous for their high school lessons.

Learning factors:
Factors such as a lack of understanding of what has been delivered in a language class, poor work or study techniques, and a limited experimental background can all impact a student’s learning process.
If the school moves too quickly and does not evaluate the language levels to see how well the student is grasping what is being taught, the student will develop a variety of weaknesses that will obstruct his or her growth.
Similarly, the student may have learned inefficient methods to use the Bangla language as a result of poor education. Other types of difficulties that are directly connected to learning variables might hinder development.
High Expectations
In general, teachers in high school Bangla classes expect to accomplish the course according to schedule in order to meet their expectations to finish the course on time, without considering the students’ knowledge, and only aiming to achieve high grades from good students, not the rest, which can cause a lot of stress and despair among the remaining students, particularly in completing the tests and assignments given.

Bad Social Circles
Let’s face it: friends aren’t always the best study partners. They may even be your primary source of distraction. They may, however, be your most powerful motivators for learning any language if approached correctly.
As a student, keep in mind that you should work on your socialising skills as well. Learning to be accountable in front of a group is a big part of it.
Homework assignments
Students in high school Bangla classes are required to do given homework, which prevents them from learning new information. It is true that the complexity of home assignments climbed up as your language ability improved in high school.
That homework and other worksheets take up a lot of time throughout the course of the semester. This task will take up the majority of the students’ time. Furthermore, the course that you must complete in one year of high school is extensive.

Lack of Experience of the Teacher
Graduating and having a teaching degree in the Bengali language is not nearly as difficult as gaining experience. When it comes to educating students, experience is crucial. Some students gain high-level Bangla language certifications that qualify them to teach, but their lack of experience effectively nullifies their development.
Instructors with advanced degrees can have a deeper grasp of many themes of the language or difficult procedures, but experience helps teachers deal with students and prepares them to teach them.
Improper textbook materials
In the learning process of students, textbooks or other resources play an essential role. The integrated learning process will be rendered meaningless if a learner is taught incorrect content. Each teacher has his or her own set of sources and instructional approaches.
Teachers are an important element of teaching language skills to individuals in classes for any language learning. Some teachers do not use the appropriate resources and do not teach their students using simple textbooks that make very little sense for high school students.
