The first and most important reason why students are terrified of learning Gujarati is that the school curriculum is antiquated, and teachers are attempting to teach the language forcefully rather than effectively, which would benefit students who are learning the language. The Telugu books are old, and they contain vocabulary that is rarely used in everyday life.
You will occasionally acquire vocabulary related to instant messaging, which is largely obsolete anymore. These language classes do not emphasise the importance of speaking and listening, which are the most significant and beneficial components of learning a language.
Apart from the abovementioned, it is clear that High School teachers devote insufficient time and attention to teaching language foundations such as grammar, vocabulary, and practice. It’s possible they’re worried about finishing their course within the school’s deadlines.
As a result, they end up cramming a lot of information into a short period in class. Hence, a student will not only lack a solid understanding of the topic just covered but will also remain as blank as when he began his studies. It is also the institution’s responsibility to monitor the quality of education provided to students. The institution should be able to resolve concerns with the teacher so that the language classes are not tarnished!
